1974-2005 As a freelance writer I contributed articles to many publications including the following: Silver Kris, a Singapore Airlines in-flight magazine, Rotarian Magazine, Kiwanis, Corporate Report Wisconsin, International Daily News Rome.
2002-2004 Wrote Vultures and Peacock, now being considered for publication.

1983-1986 Prima Donna International Ltd.Imported spices and wool rags from Italy and India, and screens and vases from India.I worked in marketing and sales for this small trading company, set up a distributor network around the USA and the UK, ran major food booths at Gourmet shows and developed promotional material for the gourmet shows, gourmet stores and supermarkets.
1983 Wrote a promotional booklet for the Tuscan Chambers of Commerce outlining the industries of Tuscany and why they would appeal to English speaking buyers. This was distributed by Alitalia Airlines.
1980-1982 Assistant editor and journalist for the Women’s Club magazine, Florence, Italy.
1979-1982 Sold advertising to businesses in Tuscany, Italy. I helped customers write their copy for the International Daily News and the various city guides the newspaper put out.Worked as a photo journalist for the International Daily News in Rome, Italy. I wrote an article and supplied photos six days a week, covering the news in Florence and the Tuscan area, restaurant, art show and theater critiques, personality profiles and general information pieces.
